Juniper Community Group Rules

1. Be kind and friendly!
   Posts in this group should not contain any hate speech, threats or direct attacks on an individual or group. We’re all hear to celebrate each others success and also be there during challenging times.

2. No medical advice - leave that for the clinician
   Medical advice is the formal provision of a professional opinion regarding what a specific individual should or should not do to restore or preserve their health. In this case, this includes but is not limited to posts, or comments relating to side effects, offering recommendations, or suggesting other products, images of injection site wounds, or bruising, providing a diagnosis, or prescribing treatment for a medical condition.

3. No customer experience or stock-related questions
   The Juniper community has been designed for sharing education about weight loss, success stories and other health-related advice. Allowing customer experience-related questions into the group diverts members’ attention from core topics and may dilute the value of the community, for its members. We ask that you direct all customer experience-related questions to the team at myjuniper.co.uk/contact and a member of the team will be able to support you with this.

4. No advertising or selling of products/service

   Posts in the group should not contain any attempts to sell, promote or advertise personal or other branded products of any kind. Posts of this nature will be removed promptly. This group is for support and discussion of the Juniper Programme, posts should not contain the discussion of competitor programmes or poaching of patients for financial gain.

   Distributing, selling, or sharing of prescription drugs is illegal. If you try to sell your medication or shakes, your post will be removed.

5. What we discuss in the group, stays in the group
   To create a safe and friendly environment, we need your trust. While authentic discussions are encouraged, they may be sensitive, so please don't share content outside the group. Disclaimer: Content posted here is only visible to members of this private community. However, there is a risk of misuse by others, which Juniper cannot control. We encourage members to be mindful of what they share. We will do our best to identify and remove members who breach our rules.

6. Protect your own privacy
   By joining this group you consent to sharing your participation in the program. Your privacy is our number one priority. However. we recommend you do not provide any personally identifiable information within the group.

7. Lets cheer each other on
   Losing weight is challenging - we get it. This is why we encourage everyone to jump on to celebrate each others successes, as well as the difficult moments. Your support may just be what helps someone not give up in that moment where they are at their most vulnerable.
