How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel or pause your Weight subscription through either the Juniper app or the website.

To cancel or pause in the app:

1. Open the Juniper app and go to your Account Page
2. Select Manage subscriptions.
3. Choose Weight.
4. Select Cancel subscription.
5. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation or pause process.

To cancel or pause on the website:

1. Go to https://app.myjuniper.co.uk/profile 
2. Click View treatment plan.
3. Go to the Support tab.
4. Scroll towards the bottom of the page.
5. Click the How do I cancel? toggle.
6. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation or pause process.

What happens if I’m on a commitment plan?

If you have an active commitment plan, you may see a pop-up with the following options:

• Cancel once your commitment ends
• Cancel now and pay a fee — the fee amount will be shown before you choose

Your account will remain active until the cancellation or pause process has been completed. Once your request has been received, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
