How do I request a Travel Letter?

When travelling internationally by air, it's crucial to have proof of prescription and a travel letter authorising you to carry Ozempic (Semaglutide). This medication is prescription-only, and some countries have strict drug import laws. A travel letter allows you to carry the necessary hypodermic needles required for your treatment plan through airport security.

Some countries such as India, Turkey, Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates have strict rules around this.

To ensure you have the necessary documentation in time for your travel, please Submit a Request to our Patient Support Team with your travel dates. We recommend getting in touch about a week before your trip.

If you are travelling within the United Kingdom, or by car, a travel letter is not necessary but can put your mind at ease.
