Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking email. Which courier you use depends on your location:
- London area — Hived: track online at the Hived website portal using your tracking number and postcode.
- Elsewhere — DPD: track via the DPD app (Apple / Android) or online at the DPD website portal. We highly recommend you download the DPD app for push notifications about your order and the ability to add delivery instructions. Sign up to the app with the same email address you use for Juniper.
- Remote areas (Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Wight, and the Scilly Isles) — We may send with DPD or Royal Mail. For DPD, see instruction above. For Royal Mail, track via the Royal Mail app or the Royal Mail website tracking page.
Expect delivery within 1–3 working days of receiving your tracking number. Orders processed after 4pm on a Friday, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.
For deliveries to remote areas (Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Wight, and the Scilly Isles), deliveries may take between 2 days to 1 week.
