This guarantee is designed to give our patients confidence when first trying medicated weight-loss treatment. Our team may refuse the Money Back Guarantee if Juniper consider that patients are exploiting the offer or not acting in good faith.
Please note, the following conditions apply to our money-back guarantee:
- Offer applies to your first ever medication order with Juniper in conjunction with a request to cancel your treatment plan altogether. (It does not apply when switching between medications.)
- Your first medication order with Juniper must be at the lowest licensed dose for that medication.
- The refund request must be made within 25 days of treatment delivery.
- The offer is only claimable once per customer.
- The offer may not apply to certain offers, as and where noted in the terms and conditions of that offer.
- Offer does not apply to any orders or subscriptions of non-medicated products.
