When is my next order processing date?

When using the Juniper app, you can easily view your next order date by following the steps below:

1. Open the app and go to Care
2. Select Treatment Plan
3. Tap View Orders

Here, you’ll see a list of your completed and active orders, as well as your next medication order date.

The date displayed is your next order processing date. Payment will be taken on this date, and your order will be prepared by our pharmacy for delivery to your address within 1–2 days.
